JAKARTA (IndoTelko) - PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG) released its interim financial statements for the six months period ended 30 June 2014.

TBIG generated revenue and EBITDA amounting to Rp1,581 billion and Rp1,299 billion, respectively, for the six months ended 30 June 2014 (first half 2014).

This represents a 24.4% increase in revenue and a 24.8% increase in EBITDA versus the comparable six month period of 2013. Using the second quarter 2014 results on an annualized basis, total revenue reached Rp3,201 billion, or 19% higher than the 2013 full year revenue. Annualized EBITDA based on the second quarter reached Rp2,630 billion, or 19.3% higher than 2013 full year EBITDA.

Total debt as of 30 June 2014, valuing USD loans at their hedged exchange rate, was Rp13,672 billion and gross senior debt was Rp9,812 billion while cash balances were Rp814 billion, resulting in net debt of Rp12,858 billion and net senior debt of Rp8,998 billion.

Using the 2nd quarter 2014 annualized EBITDA, the net senior debt to EBITDA ratio is 3.42x, and net debt to EBITDA ratio is 4.89x. TBIG retains ample room for further financing based on the covenants under both the debt programme and the USD and Rupiah bonds.

As of 30 June 2014, TBIG had 18,028 tenants and 11,266 telecommunication sites. The Company’s telecommunication sites comprised 10,159 telecommunication towers, 977 shelter-only sites, and 130 DAS networks. With total tower tenants amounting to 16,921 on tower sites, the Company’s tenancy ratio is 1.67.
